With over ten years of experience behind bars, from Phuket to Paris, I've honed my craft between Japanese cocktails, Parisian rooftops, and luxury establishments. From the Southwest to New Zealand, I've learned to create, manage, and enhance. Today, I'm putting this expertise to work for your bars to deliver a unique experience.


My beginnings in Phuket
It all started over a decade ago at the European Bartender School in Phuket. There, under the Thai sun, I learned the basics of mixology—from simple cocktails to bold creations. It was my first immersion into the world, and it gave me the impetus to never stop.


Apprenticeship in Paris
In France, I joined Paris Society, a prestigious group where I designed cocktail menus for high-end bars. I managed inventory, refined recipes, and discovered the rigor of luxury.
Then, at Bain de Soleil and Monsieur Mouche, two Parisian rooftops, I took on managerial roles: recruitment, team management, creation of a service that leaves its mark



Adventure in New Zealand
My journey then led me to MASU, a luxury Japanese bar in Auckland.
I immersed myself in another dimension: sake cocktails, cutting raw ice, extreme precision.
These unique techniques have honed my craftsmanship and taught me to see each glass as a work of art.



The return to Montpellier
Back in France, I took over bars like the Pompadour and the Toitoitmontoit in Montpellier.
With a team of eight bartenders across two establishments, I orchestrated everything: orders, processes, and building loyalty among a demanding clientele.
These years have shaped me into a leader and a bar strategist.
